They might phck you up in this because there's no ban yet. Waiting on the new Government:
"36. With the DLUHC's ban on the false 'costs'"PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Morning, quick question - i sent off the WS a week ago, via email to both UKPC and the court a day before the deadline of 30th au), but still haven't received a bundle from UKPC stating their case.
We did get a card from royal mail to say there was a packet addressed to my wife, with no postage paid and that if we wanted it we would have to pay the £7 postage on it. When i went in to get the thing, unfortunately the corner was damaged....and i could see the contents inside the packet - it was the bundle of stuff from UKPC! Obvs i refused to pay for it...what should i do now?0 -
Did you keep the card? UKPC know their WS bundle wasn't served as it will by ow have been returned to them, for them to pay a postage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, the delivery office kept it...only went in to check what the thing was yesterday, so wont have been returned yet. Apparently it has to go to Northern ireland to be opened in order for the post office to return it, as they're not allowed to open it in the uk mainland, so could be a while before they find out. Should i contact the county court to tell them i haven't received the bundle from UKPC?0
