Btw, just received a call from DCB legal, I had missed it so called them back and they asked if I'd like to settle the account. LMAO 

I said no, I'd rather we go to court and the lady asked why that might be - to which I said we can discuss this during the court proceedings.

Good for you DCBL really don't get it do they. hope you get your costs schedule ready just in case

Didn't receive all correspondence from PPC? Please consider supporting this.
So many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes.

PPCs always claim discounted rate/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent though they offer no evidence to prove this. Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and see it included in the new Parking CoP.

Nellymoser - supported! About time they include tracking of all communications sent forward.

It's a small claims court so judges tend to award £95.  This can include time taken to attend court and the hours spent on the case.
