What a nightmare with the ESA…..I really hope you get it sorted soon.
Love that you watched the swans with their bottoms up…..it’s lovely when we can appreciate the wildlife and it makes us smile. We were watching Mr &Mrs pheasant on one of the campsites last week. They were so funny and you certainly knew who the boss was 😂

Thanks hopefully it will be sorted soon and they will actually pay me 🤞 I use to get pheasants in my garden   but I haven’t seen any for a few years now.

I had enough energy to go shopping today but I felt awful all day. I think I might have realised what the problem is, I was taking folic acid for a few months then I ran out and was supposed to order more but totally forgot so I think the under the weather thing and lack of energy could be that. I’m going to ask if I can have my levels checked to see if I need some more but in the mean time I bought some kale and broccoli which I had in a lovely stir fry today. It’s posh kale from M&S because they sell it in smaller bags than Sainsburys do, I never finished the Sainsburys bags before they go off. I also like kale baked it the oven but you have to keep an eye on it because it burns really easily but it reminds me of cripsy seaweed 😍😍

I had a mishap with my water bottle when I went out 🙄I got to the bus stop and took it out to have a drink and it felt very light, well that was because I hadn’t put the lid on properly and half the contents had leaked into my bag so everything was soaked, luckily my phone which was in my bag wasn’t damaged but my purse, glasses case, a box of tictacs  and a packet of sweetners got soaked, the sweetners dissolved so it was sticky too 😀.

I had a message on Mycare when I got home to say the next pulmonary rehab course starts on September the 23rd and did I want a place so I messaged them back to say yes please. It’s on a Tuesday and Friday for two hours and lasts for 6 weeks so I will have to visit my mum on a different day while I’m doing it  but I’m sure she won’t mind. It’s in the afternoon too so I won’t have to get up early 😬.

Tomorrow morning I’ve got my phone call meeting with the occy health doctor to see if he will say I’m not fit to work. I’m hoping he agrees this time because he refused last time due to me not having seen a consultant yet. I do now have the diagnosis written on my sick certificate by my gp so I’m hoping that makes a difference. I went back to work after the last time I saw this doctor and caught what turned out to be a very nasty chest infection which has made my chest worse than it was so I will be telling him that tomorrow. He might still want to wait until I’ve seen the consultant though so I will have to wait and see.

Im also meeting my friend for coffee tomorrow so that should be fun, we didn’t meet last week because I felt too ill and we won’t be meeting next week because she is off to lanzarote with her husband

I hope your phone call has gone to plan and you managed to meet up with your friend.

Thanks everyone but the phone call didn’t happen. I waited until 11.30 in case I had the wrong time but had to go out then so when I got back I phoned them and apparently they’ve got me down for next Wednesday at 11am 😳 I was there thinking I had got my days mixed up but it was bugging me so I checked back through my emails and I have an email saying the 11th of September at 10.30 🤷‍♀️so I don’t know what happened there. In a way it will be better because it’s after my consultant appointment and that’s what the occy health doctor wanted to wait for. Hopefully next week all my appointments will happen and it will get sorted out, I’m past caring about it now.

There wasn’t any post waiting for me today asking for paperwork so I’m hoping no news is good news 🤞🤞I met my friend for coffee and we had a good catch up then I came home and chilled out because going out today wore me out. I’m in bed now and will hopefully sleep well tonight.

Although not good you waited in, like you said, might be better to be after the consultants appointment.

    That is the hope anyway!

Hopefully that will be the case, although my hope is running out now
