hi all.
I’ve finally got all of my defaults now (taken a while)I have one question.
Barclays Bank have not sent me a default letter but the default is showing on my credit report. Do I need to still chase them for the letter? I’m guessing not as the default is showing.
They are the only account out of all of mine that haven’t sent me the paper letter.

As long as it says "in default" on your credit report, all is good, you don`t need the paper copy.
