Debate going on on Hotukdeals
5% code available & Quidco.
Can't get link, but search in Currys web site for deal
Not 1080p, but cable/sky customers don't get that broadcast anyway. Blu Ray /HDef DVD users will have to think again.

It's the 3030 or 35DB. Not a true HD TV. It's not 1080p. Good telly though. Especially at the money.0

Thanks for that.
I see there is a debate on 720p v 1080i. What is your opinion?
Thanks in advance0 -

Just the future proof aspect of the unit.
Although most TV in the UK will be switching to 720p, HDDVD and Bluray offer up to 1080p. To be honest I can't really tell the difference.

A stonking bargain - don't forget 5% Quicdo also
The picture quality on this is brilliant and unless you are going to be watching BluRay/HD DVD constantly you really don't need 1080p. For general Sky/PS3... use you can't go wrong at this price.

Not exactly correct, 1080i should work perfectly fine - the signal is just deinterlaced and displayed at 1,366x768 instead of 1,920x1,0800 -
Hi everyone, Does anyone know if this would come with some sort of guarantee? Curry's own one is £8 a month which is a bit dear for my liking, Id like to get a one off 5 year plan for example. Any ideas ?0
