I'd swap a couple of numbers to RWG today if they'd just GET WIFI CALLING SORTED!
They did make some changes a couple of months ago.  I think they have enabled VOLTE which means they now have access to all the EE network radio bands, and means I can now get a phone signal at home and use my RWG phone while at home.

I did think that was the first stage necessary to enable wifi calling, but the lack of that is not such an issue as I now have a native phone signal on my RWG phone.

( I am a year into the pay once last forever small calls and data allowance)

Interesting they've included the existing 12 month deals in their new Buy&Forget range. I hadn't noticed that. Well texting ukrwg1210 to 669 worked for me. Perhaps it shouldn't have done.
Did they actually deduct the credit after you texted the code?
Iv been trying since september to get them to take £25 off me for a bundle i bought in june and september.
Told them in sep about it,and they replied, saying thanks for telling us.
Its january now,and still not deducted it.
I want RWG to last, thats why i want to pay them.
Crikey! You're right, no credit has actually been deducted for any of the texts I have sent. I just topped up and then presumed it would come out eventually. I've got a few different bundles running and even used ukrwg10 a couple of times for a one-off 10GB data bundle when away - none of these have actually been charged!!  My credit balance is sufficient to cover all the texts I've sent, hopefully they will get round to working it out and deducting the charges eventually. Like you alanjones60 I want them to last! Texting for an instant data boost is really handy so don't really want to lose that method, but they won't survive for long if they don't charge for it!

  • Agree with you,the text  for a bundle when you need extra data or mins is very usefull, and its instant.
We have just got to work out how to get them to take our money now. 😂
  • Sucess. Thought id try once more, via their support page.
Got this reply the next day
