    Hello,

I have read the newbie thread and I am unsure whether I am supposed to respond to this or to wait for an actual claim letter? I have only received these letters today after appealing both charges and ignoring everything since.

It doesn't say it is from a solicitor it says it is from. Vehicle Control Solutions who are the company which I had to appeal to and whose letters I have been ignoring.

I have attached a copy of the letter. Do I need to respond to this? If I do do I reply directly to the company with the template for the solicitors in the newbie thread? Or do I simply ignore this and wait for a letter OF claim?

I have attached photos removing my identifiable details for refer

This appears to be a continuation of the saga started in your January thread.

Please keep all discussion about one incident to a single thread.

The first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread explains how to react upon receipt of a Letter Before Claim.

I have reported your post because it contains personal information (your name). You should do the same by clicking on the report button at the bottom of your post.

Your post quotes the wrong name. It is not Vehicle Control Solutions. The advice to ignore a parking charge notice has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.

Once you have reported your post, you should read the guide to court written by bargepole you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, and the template defence sticky Announcement that includes a twelve step guide.
You should respond to the LBC.

Please also tell us more about the alleged event, where it occurred, when, what was the reason for issuing the charge, was the NTK PoFA compliant, has the driver been identified, and what happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP.

Yes, respond because it's a LBC.  As shown in the LBC section of the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
