I swam! Gold star for me ⭐ !
Too hot in the sauna today for me, I was having horrible heart palpitations and feeling a bit woozy. I really pray I am NOT coming down with something right before Xmas 😬.

Need to go two more times this week and for the rest of the month at least 2 times a week to have made the membership worthwhile. Wednesday is the next day I've earmarked for the gym. In fact I might see if I can get a class in. -I'm on the waiting list. You have to be so quick to get a slot. I'll swim or gym if I can't get on that.

DD told me she's spoken to her dad. She asked about DS - her brother. And dad said that he doesn't feel comfortable talking about it and it's for DS to come to her. All she asked was, is he alright? Ex is digging himself a hole i think. Everyone aside from his new gf and ds think he's being despicable not only to me but to DD. Anyway I won't say any more. I'm really trying hard not to bring this energy to my diary. I just fear for DD as I think she'll end up arguing with them all over Xmas and her new year will be ruined.

Leftover curry for dinner, because, I CBA mood 😂. Thanks to weekend DFW for cooking it 🤣. Deffo a NSD too as I'm hunkered down for the evening now.

Edited to add- we've made £50! Selling one of those items we were accidentally sent instead of wardrobes. We had to open the box find instructions to get a picture of it, which we finally did at the weekend and it's sold 😃 we could have probably priced higher but it was a big box and we just wanted it gone! That counteracts the spends I had at the weekend ⭐👏.

Also contacted my GP for a referral to get heart checked. It's been playing up for too long now and after cousin has just had her heart surgery and was telling me her symptoms when I went to see her I literally checked every one off as she was saying them 🙈. Don't want to come across as hypochondriac but we have lots of heart problems in the family and this breathlessness and palpitations and skipped beats as well as dizzy spells becoming too frequent. Had one at work today and nearly went over so would rather get checked out and rule out anything serious (then we can go back to blaming meno for it. That's my fave to blame 🤭🤣). Hopefully Dr won't see me as hypochondriac. One doctor called me it once and I've never trusted them since 🙈 .

    Yaay for the interview 😊👏
I didn’t suppose anyone else will have done much more prep than you if everyone else is getting as little notice as you of the interviews 😊

That boss-person sounds like a rude idiot and well worth avoiding in future if possible 🙄

Glad DD apologised and good on DP for insisting on it!
