I need to adjust the halter neck strap to the correct length for her and sew some beads on but that is hopefully all that needs doing. It is black so hoping the shoes and accessories should be easy to find. Good luck with your hunt
My DD has a red dress and it has silver speckles in it so we got silver and nude sandals to match ☺️
We will save money as we are doing her hair and makeup ourselves and we will drive her there. No posh cars or makeup artists here I'm afraid.
sounds like a bargain. The whole prom thing is crazy money ! My DD is not at school so wont be going to a prom. So loads of money saved on that, but she is really upset and feeling left out, so I have said we can have a spa day somwhere. eek, it will be £££s, but will hopefully give her a boost! I need to check out the voucher sites!

well done on the final bit of wallpapering, nice to see it finished off so you can tick it off the list.

But It is a technical college and that means smart business wear for both which works out the same as a usual school uniform (expensive!) so I am really glad now the shock has passed of yesterday 🤣 that is is all done!MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. Love a spa, my dad has given my sister and I some money to go to a spa to thank us for our support. We are thinking of having a sound bath.

Okay, doggy walked. Bedding in the washing machine and hoping it stays dry for me to hang out.
Sausages out the freezer for dinner.
TT £1.56 to MOP (in a vain effort to get back into MS brain). Bank accounts all end in a 00 now.
I should be resting as oweeeewwwe (I'm sore) 🤣 but let's face it that's not me.
DP has a business meeting and lunch with the person who took the job he interviewed for. He got his little rants out before he left. I hope they were all done with anyway 🤣. He has to hand over a big account to her now that he's worked really hard on and done all the leg work for.....hmm...he's not too happy let's just leave it at that. I said, be nice, there might be another territory opening up soon 👀🤷🏻♀️🤣
So anyway with him out the house and me not wanting to sit still I have put cleaner all over kitchen tiles and surfaces and am going to deep clean kitchen sides (I may have been using it as my storing station whilst diy-ing and it is covered in paint and wallpaper paste 😬) ...
Hoping to finish off that last bit of wall in the toilet too, caulking and tidying up paper and paint. The area is less than two metres so I think I can manage it.
I will sit down later but I sometimes think it's best to keep moving after a Chiro appointment albeit more slowly as otherwise I seize up. Pottering around.... although isn't it spelled, puttering...hmm?
I have my new linen trousers on, they are so flattering to MAS (middle aged spread) they feel all swooshy and floaty.
MS efforts today - ground up the dried dog food I bought for my FLD because I bought biscuits too big and he refuses to eat them, tbf he has barely any teeth left in his head. I've put them in an old cereal box now they're ground. Before my most recent lightbulb 💡 moment I would have given them away to one of the neighbours and bought another pack of food 🙈 so saved £12 there.
I will hang this wash out if it is quick as it's lovely and dry at the moment.
It will be a NSD. I am not buying anything!! That's my Mantra for today...
I am going to do some surveys (If I get lucky as I've not been all that lucky this week with them).
Might be back later if I can sit my backside down for more than five minutes...I'm like a butterfly moving slowly but always flittering about and around and can't pin me down for long 🤣🦋MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000.
