Maybe I should of been a bit more clear with my explanation.
I was hopeful that the large financial loan company might be able to arrange the installsure garentee. Maybe I'm just crazy to think that but im just like that. 😀

Fair enough, but you have, haven't you?  Isn't their commitment to fund any work in the guarantee period at least as good as anything the guarantee would have provided?

Agree.

The Safestyle guarantee excluded wear & tear and accidental damage.
By contrast, the OP says 'the loan company have agreed to reimburse us for any work carried out on the windows and doors over the garentee time period.'

Perhaps you are indeed crazy if you think the original guarantee was better?

Why would they pay for something that most people will never use?

Finance co's do not waste money on insurance 👍

The loan company are basically running of what is stated in our terms with safestyle.

Yes im crazy...my mum had me tested 🤣

I'm just glad to get a good result.

You see things like this on chat rooms, they sometimes have to suffer sarcasm or mocking, but not here i see. and they don't get anywhere normally
