It seems you cannot move your login to a different device ☹️

I signed up on the wrong phone by mistake. Now I am unable to login on the correct one.

I've managed to do this today as I needed to change my login from an iPad to an Android mobile.

I think you just need to wait a few days after setting up the account. I originally opened my account on the 3rd.

I had previously got the same message as you so think its just a matter of time

I guess for HSBC it meant they could rollout Zing faster and is different from the Global Money Account in this regard.

HSBC did make a $35m investment in Monese in late 2022.

Interesting but how is this different to their Global Money offering?
For one thing you don't need to be a HSBC current account customer.

Also the fee structure/partners used seems to be different
There is full FSCS protection with Global Money. Zing only has an e-money licence but parent HSBC have deeper pockets than a fintech such as Wise or Revolut should something happen.

Seems more expensive than Wise which is strange given the size of HSBC, a lot of fees aren’t clear either.

The app feels a little like a Revolut copy - probably hard not to but I think they could have gone with a cleaner white look and stood out more.

Agree with others opened it just to see what happens in the future but don’t see me using it at all at the moment

If any one is wondering what the card looks like on Apple Pay and what the physical card looks like then wonder no more…. 😂😂

Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.
  • Does the Visa "Infinite" branding signify anything at all? A-Googling gives very broad results that seem to suggest it means anything the card provider wants it to.

I tried to register on the VISA Concierge website but it wouldn't let me. I wonder if any other Zingers had better luck?

    There's a marvellous chunk of ego-massaging there:

Visa Infinite is the most exclusive type of Visa card – a super-premium proposition offered by invitation only.

It is instantly recognisable as something out of the ordinary – by the individuals who use it and the merchants that accept it.Visa Infinite comes complete with a full range of exclusive benefits, including:

    • Extensive travel insurance
    • A 24x7 global concierge service
    • VIP access to exclusive events and experiences
    • Preferential service at many of the world’s most prestigious hotels through the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection
    • A wide range of premium merchant offers
Think I'll wait a bit before I cancel my travel insurance, don't think all those goodies are mine just because I received a free card.
