Doesn't seem possible
... just tried all I could think of and can only get to the thread containing my search term(s). 0 -
Seems the only way is to construct a search with Google or other search engine following the same conventions. Something like..
"immersion site:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6495452"

Would you believe it I was experimenting with the exact same thread earlier and although google finds some pages with matches to 'switch' in the thread it seems to give up after page 2.Qyburn said:Seems the only way is to construct a search with Google or other search engine following the same conventions. Search in thread 6495452 for "immersion"
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?domain=discussions&query="immersion"&sort=-dateInserted&scope=site&includeChildCategories=true&source=community&discussionID=6495452
Finds 16 results in the thread.
The key to it is the &discussionID=6495452 added on the end of the URL. I would advise you bookmark this URL somewhere and to use it just edit the search string and the thread ID.1 -
... you don't get to almost 2 to the power 16 posts (or ffff hex) without knowing something ...@One-Eye said:Search in thread 6495452 for "immersion"

The method I showed is a hell of a lot easier.One-Eye said:Search in thread 6495452 for "immersion"
