  • Been feeling quite annoyed this week. Am sick of working full time and not feeling like I have anything to show for it but headaches and debt.

I did manage to sort out some of my plants, some it was simply splitting into 2 or 3 and reporting but have quiet a few bits of hydroponics going on.

Am still doing the 1p challenge.. ding it in reverse.. Still working on November.

  • Well it's Wednesday, so it's time to put the left over grocery money and some money my mM owed me into the 1p challenge.  So my 1p challenge is now is now over £250

I've also been putting cash in the under the bed tin for rainy days.. I've got in  about £150 for emergencies.

Have realised I started the year with debts over 8000. Now it's debts over 6000... I'll take that as a win!

Well that's my exciting financial update.

Here's hoping for a quiet fiscal week

  • Nothing very exciting is going on.

I'm finding this month more of a challenge as I'm over the excitement of starting the process and then end seems out of site still.

At least it's getting warmer and lighter.

I do think you go through ups and downs of enthusiasm with it, because it's a long process and there's no 'quick fix' way to solve it. I'm almost at the end of the journey and am struggling with momentum. Did you sell the horse saddle?
  • Well done on paying off £2000! Great stuff

It's at the saddlery, it'll stay there till it sells. Which is when I'll get paid less their commission.
    So it's a waiting game.

But it wasn't going to sell in my garage.

I know it's going to be a long game till I get stuff paid off and I know its been my fault.

What's really annoying is this isn't my first time of running up debts. But I do think the cost of living has forced me to start the battle.

    Hope your journey ends soon
