    Perfectly normal :) My mum called the hospital to check she could take her sedative for a procedure at midday, only to be told that it was a morning list. Lucky she checked, as admissions, when questioned said 'oh yes, we sent you the wrong time'. Mind you, everything is by text/phone as the letters don't arrive until after the appointment.
