That's the reporting limit , but NI numbers are still being requested even if you don't reach those limits.Ebay did start taking NI numbers from all new ebay users, but whether they are still doing this is unclear as ebay chop and change their procedures all the time.hermante said:Or sell a max of 29 items for under £1700 per tax year
