I've been tracking by NSD for Jan and made it to 15/12. Didn't login as my mum was in hospital and had to spend 2 weeks in Cornwall caring for her. Please can you put me down for 12 again in Feb. I am away on a training course and hoping that I get a meal subsidy or it all may go a bit pear shaped! Thank you.

I have made it to 23 NSDs for January and very pleased with myself at the effort taken to not spend, especially on ridiculously-priced lunches and swapped for taking stuff in to eat at work, I had 5 nights away and spent a little every day except the last one, it's easy to slip into thinking 'ah I could have done better if I hadn't bought this or this' but finding a balance on those days has been good for me. When I have spent money I have tried my best (and enjoyed) getting the best value I can. Thank you @cathybird and all the lovely people here for all the inspiring posts.
