Evening all that follow along!

Tonight I made honey pepper gammon in the slow cooker took around 4 hours. I've got loads left so making gammon rice, gammon bacon and egg breakfast wraps. 

Still waiting for my CC to update so I can close it but think I have to phone them to do it which is annoying. 

I've run out of eggs, so need to pop to the shops after work to grab that aswell as some fresh veggies etc for meal prep. 

Chopped up some wood to take to my mams as she has a log burner, upon my visit I left with dog treats and work lunch tomorrow as she's made home made egg fried rice and curry!

Oh quick update aswell, I deleted and deactivated Laybuy app and Zilch from my phone, Laybuy gave me £250 credit and Zilch gave me £300. I've been temped to use them, basically for those who don't know it's buy now pay later apps. So resisting the temptation I just deleted the apps and deactivated them so I don't Hcs the temptation to use them.

Morning all, 

So I've just gotten into work, I've got a breakfast wrap and my coffee for breakfast. To do today:

-Check for cheaper car insurance currently paying £89
-run through cc totals
-phone capital to close account
-return parcel on way home from work
-pop to lidl for veggies

First thing ticked off my list - 

I found car insurance at £31 instead of £89! There is a cancellation with my current insurance of £50 but I would be saving myself over £50 per month if I do cancel now!

Sounds like you have everything under control there! The pupster is adorable, although I was sorry to hear of the circumstances around your other pooch. Honestly - they leave such a hole behind them, don't they!
