Flight delay compensation TAP

I have an outstanding delay claim with TAP. The delay occured over a year ago and at the start of November this year the adjudicator ruled in our favour (four of us are on the claim). They stated that the decision was binding on the airline and that they had 30 days to pay us our compensation. That should have been the 1st December. They didn't pay it. With no update or notification, the payment date was changed to the 18th December. I have messaged the adjudicator for a update, but, no surprise, I haven't had a response. They payment date again has been ignored and, guess what, it has silently been amended to the 2nd January 2024.
Where can my claim be escaled to as it appears that the adjudicator has no authority after-all? Is this something I can push towards the CAA as they contract the adjudicators to act on their behalf? The outstanding claim is £2.5k. TAP have accepted they are liable, via an email to me they offered to compensate me from my original claim I made directly to them, but as they only acknowledged resposibility once the adjudicator had contacted them, I continued down the adjudicator route as I expected them to have some clout. I thought if I dealt with TAP directly it would disappear down a black hole with no way of following it up.
It's very frustrating that there are no phone numbers (TAP or adjudicator) and everything has to be done via a form or a portal with weeks (months) before anyone even acknowledges.
Any thoughts??
UPDATE: I have finally received the payment from TAP. It took 67 weeks in total.
