RobinHill said:Coupon-mad: I have asked about this several times but no reply or confirmation? Does the appeal need to be sent in before the 21 days or is their no point? I got the impression that whilst it will fail it is necessary. But then subsequent advice seemed to be forget that and contact the land owner and MP first.
But if you are going to put an appeal in as well then yes, do what the fake PCN says.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

KeithP / Coupon_Mad: Apologies ... a bit easier to go through this now back home and have a laptop and internet that actually works somewhat quicker than the speed of a carrier pigeon. Apologies ... I can see now that the IAS stuff is for a later point and after Plan A ie. landowner (closed to 02/01) / MP (closed to god knows when) then the response as clearly advised by KeithP should be to the PC UK-CPM. Apologies again and thank you.0

Hi, I understand it is a "formality" but believe that this needs to be lodged by 21 days ... which I understand is the 31st. Would be grateful if some can just confirm that this is ok to send to the PC via "www.appeals.uk-cpm.com". Thank you ...Re. PCN reference: <REF> / <REG>I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle. If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.The process took at least 17 minutes in loading the app and allowing the payment for 2 hours of parking. Which is all that was required and used.Further more this involved a blue badge owner for a disabled person, and I fail to see what consideration had been given, not least with regard to reasonable adjustments etc.If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.<KEEPER / ADDRESS>0

Put this in more readable English:
"Further more this involved a blue badge owner for a disabled person,"
That doesn't make any sense.
And if you are going to talk about a Blue Badge then do what the NEWBIES thread tells you to do and attach it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Coupon-mad:
"Further more this involved a disabled person who is a blue badge owner" ... better?
Re. BB Newbies ... could only find this bit? ... "A copy of the Blue Badge is a good idea to upload/attach but without saying who parked."

Yes (of course you attach it).
Furthermore is one word.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
