@soulsaver, I applied last Sunday so hopefully should be able to get it set up on Monday 🤞0

Thank you - yes I need to put in another call. After just re-checking the email from them & clicking on the link it does definitely send me to another website for log in. It doesn't match HEBS login page & seems to be a log in for encrypt-eu. I should'nt need to sign up to someone else's website to read a message from HEBS - very strange - hopefully they can clarify what has occured on Monday

Just received an email from them asking why I hadn't funded my regular saver account. The reason is that I haven't received my user ID yet to log on to my account. Will need to ring tomorrow. Fairly sure it's not the post as it is very regular here with no delays1

I too opened a HEBS RS last weekend and have been waiting on details of the account and online ID to allow funding.
I've received a temporary password by email and today a further email reminding me that I have yet to fund the account. It also quotes my account number, the first notification of this that I've had.
I've found their clearing bank account details in their T&Cs and have made a small deposit by FP to check out the details (CofP was not available?).
I'll ring them tomorrow to verify if the credit has been applied to my account (and possibly rejected as under min funding amount) and maybe get the User Id that has not yet arrived by post.
If all OK on account details I'll min fund with £1K.

Rang Hanley this morning. The agent I spoke to said she did not know about online accounts and wasn't sure whether there was anyone from the online team in today. Asked to cancel the account and was told it would automatically be closed after 10 working days if not funded.0

I’ve phoned this morning too, the agent I spoke to couldn’t give me my userID but gave me the details so I could make a payment. I’ve now funded it and was told to call back in a couple of hours to check it’s arrived, which I will do. I’m happy with that and will patiently await the arrival of my userID through snail mail.0
