The Template Defence walks you through every single thing you need to do. You won't get many answers here over Xmas, so please just use the resource as intended.

  • I’m just finishing my defence draft, Thank you for your help. Just a question out of interest. The ticket I got was on a private road, behind my property, which has No name, but the ticket has the road at the front of the property on it, I’m thinking surely that isn’t right anyway?

Build it into your Defence. The PPC will then have to respond to it in their submissions to the court.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hopefully you now know the answer to that question.

Did you follow the guidance given you on 14 December 2023 at 4:19PM?
    That guidance included...
...you have until 4pm on Tuesday 9th January 2024 to file your Defence.
  • Yes it’s done, just checking the email I received was correct, Thank you

Please read my reply there and do the Justice Committee Inquiry as well, before it closes, using
as evidence in a Word Document, that tone deaf email that effectively says:

"we are drowning in claims but don't worry you little person/victim defendant, we are expanding to enable the bulk litigating perpetrators to 'extort even more money from motorists in 2024"!

State that the CNBC is doing the WRONG THING by expanding to enable what MPs five years ago agreed were 'outrageous scam' parking claims.  The MoJ and DLUHC need to turn off the CCJ tap for parking firms.
