Your image shows yoyr car VRM and the MCOL password I carefully advised you to redact!

Here's a redacted version which shows the allegation is 'not clearly displaying a valid permit' so that's what your para 3 must respond to.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Didn’t realise the password was showing, Cars been crushed now so VRM wasn’t a worry sorry. Thank you
  • So when I file an Acknowledgment of service on the website, I’ll have to file my defence by email? Sorry not any good with this kind of thing!

This is why the Template Defence first 12 steps walks you through it without having to ask us.

    I'd do a Bespoke Defence.

The op can, it seems, deny ever receiving a PCN for the pleaded facts and matters, so there no is debt for the ppc to claim nor charges to uplift, much less court fees etc

I’ve read the 12 steps, Thankyou. Can I just ask if I send my photographic evidence with my defence form?

I got a PCN on the private road behind my home, 1. It says not in bay, there are NO bays at all! 2. Not a valid permit, landowner won’t supply one. 3 the photos of the area are not timestamped or dated, and are not from my area at all, I phoned a business that appears in one of the photos, it’s over 14 miles away, from my home. 4. No sign at the beginning of private road, just a sign on a storage garage. I have now received a court letter, can anyone advice please 🤞
Show us the original PCN. Do you mean that the PCN gave two reasons for breach?

  • The PCN only says not displaying a valid permit, but the sign says must be in designated bay, with permit. It says the T&Cs are clearly set out on sign.
