You can post/PAD as much or as little as you want, as often as you want.
Ideally I would PAD something every single day but don’t ever get close to managing it.

Apologies for not being able to post yesterday, it was a very busy day and I've not been feeling too well. I've done the totals for the last two days of July 2024...The total PAD for 30 July 2024 was £24.08
The total PAD for 31 July 2024 was £1,049.54
