Hi all, Unfortunately my day in court last month was moved to another date as it was de-listed or whatever the terminology is. I’ve had a new date set at my local court and now I’ve had a letter from the leeches at CST Law saying they won’t even be attending next week! 2 years of bullying, harassment and all manner of threats and they can’t get even grow a bigger enough pair to attend. Just wandering how this might effect my overall case/result?

Depends if the claimant parking company send a jobbing legal representative or not, its their case, most interim legals don't actually attend, jobbing advocates are sent on behalf of the parking company
