Fab Fibre renewal at £29.50/mth. Rang and negotiated an upgrade to Super Fibre at £24/mth for 12 months with a bill credit of £24 making effective price £22/mth for 12 months. Happy enough with that and easy negotiation.

Was on their standard Brilliant Broadband package with PAYG calls at £24 per month 

Email notifying end of contract gave me two options

Phone them and renew at £24.50 for 12 months

Do nothing and pay £31.50 for a rolling contract

Phoned and renewed at £24 today with upgrade to Super Fibre at £24 for 12 months - biggest surprise was no phone queue, call was answered immediately.

Hi, leaving Now this week, but would stay if good deals, i didn't even know you could ask for a 12 month contract, though it had to be a 24 month one.
