Ryanair rejecting hotel expense claim

My flight was cancelled due to a strike that was out of Ryanair’s control. I understand I am not entitled to compensation.
They offered a flight refund or to book next flight. I chose the latter and the next available flight was 24 hours after my initial cancelled flight and I booked it.

I was advised by Ryanair that if I kept receipts, I could claim reasonable expense.
I booked a hotel stay for one night with breakfast. As my flight was not until night, I also had lunch at a restaurant.
I provided receipts to Ryanair. They are refusing to reimburse saying my lunch receipt is not itemised and does not state provider.
The restaurant bill receipt only stated the table number and what I ordered and its price. It did not have a time stamp nor the restaurant name. The restaurant stated that’s the only receipts they give. I paid my card and got the card receipt which matches the total price of the restaurant bill receipt as well as time and date. Ryanair are refusing this.
This one I am not overly bothered about.
But the one that I find frustrating is them refusing to reimburse the hotel cost. They claim the receipt does not have details of the service provider, name and number of guests, detailed information on duration of the stay and services provided.
I am confused as my receipt from the hotel states the name of the hotel. It states my name as the guest. It states the checking in and checking out date and the amount paid. It also states that I have booked a room to stay. On a second receipt (as I had decided to have breakfast at hotel) it states the hotel name, date and time and that I had breakfast.
Yet Ryanair are adamant in rejecting my hotel expense claim as they say my receipt doesn’t have that information. I must be going blind because I can see it.
What realistically would be the next step?

Have they definitely received all of the receipts you sent, and/or are they perhaps looking at the breakfast one and not realising that the accommodation itself was on a different one?0

Can you ask the hotel for an invoice or detailed receipt?
You can always go to small claims court if they are being difficult.0 -

You can always go to small claims court if they are being difficult. Now RA are claiming the receipt needs to have a hotel stamp on it too. Despite the paper receipts having hotel name on it and the hotel invoice having the name of the hotel too.I also claimed for expense regarding overstay parking fee. My car was parked at the airport and due to flight cancellation I could not get to the airport until the next day. RA are saying they do not cover parking costs. I am not claiming the initial parking cost of £90 but the £62 overstay fee.0 -
