# 35 linz adding £50
Please can you add another £50 to make £1050 for June?
Anything else will be earmarked for other things now but happy to be slightly ahead of my goal at the halfway point!#39 - Save £12k in 20252 -

An expensive month with heating oil tank being filled and our motorhome MOT and insurance due. Also my car had a new windscreen (excess) and is due a service. I won't post my total until 1st July but it's not looking good. And thank goodness we now receive one out of two state pensionsSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

£8k removed from savings account to pay our holiday balance. That crept up quick and sadly the savings account is depleted.@Suffolk_lass for shouldering most of the updates here. Kind words @enthusiasticsaver, and there was I thinking I had been rather tardy at keeping up! I think it's working quite well really, even without the lovely @simplyfading, bless her, she has really been through the wringer.
Well here, the oil tank took 1100 litres (capacity 1200, so waiting longer was a dodgy option), and as of yesterday, the motor insurance for the motorhome is renewed, up by another £100 this year, as with everything else. We have its MOT booked for Monday and will tax it for July to September, assuming it passes. This weekend we shall mostly be cleaning and emptying bee equipment out of it, in preparation. A few doorstep honey sales are helping a little but buying our winter feed in bulk yesterday has put a further unplanned dent in proceedings, and wiped out any revenue from bees.
On the up-side, it looks as though I get two state pension payments in July, 28 days apart (might help a bit with the CC bill!). My hope is not to have to dip into the savings account to top things up. Have a good weekend everyone!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
