Hello,
I keep seeing adverts on Youtube for getecofusion.com. Apparently it is a device that will save a considerable amount of your electricity bill. However, I have not seen any reviews and it all sounds too good to be true. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if so what they thought about it. Thanks

It's a con.2

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing, I'm not sure how a 900W plug in heater would save on your electricity bill? Unless they are claiming it can heat more effectively than other electric heaters, which is likely a dubious claim.
In any event similar products available on eBay or Aliexpress for under £20, which makes this product's HALF PRICE £49.99 offer look even more dubious.3 -
That said, I would caution against no-name generic Chinese electronics as there's no guarantee they'll be safe.bagand96 said:Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing, I'm not sure how a 900W plug in heater would save on your electricity bill? Nothing magic about it, it's just a very over priced and very under powered fan heater using expensive daytime electricity. You might as well use a hairdryer. You'll have fun sending it back to Lithuania and trying to get a refund...2

But is the product the OP asks about anything better than a no-name generic Chinese electronic, just with a fancy website? The ones I found on Ali/eBay looked exactly the same product.0 -

Not a clue. Just best to make sure when comparing products, to compare them from slightly more reliable places (eBay secondhand is fine, but from Chinese sellers or AliExpress is not). It's also entirely possible the original product may be from an equally iffy dropshipping company.bagand96 said:

… Okay, I've had a look and am 100% sure those reviews are fake. One American expat in the UK calling a plug socket and outlet, plausible. Several people reviewing from the UK calling a plug socket an outlet, not plausible. Neither is Whatshisname from Birmingham living in a 'travel trailer' (??? what's one of those??) a genuine reviewer from this side of the pond.
Oh look, and they're even falsifying their TrustScore

Run. Run away far, run away fast. They'll probably set fire to your 10ft bargepole and charge you for the privilege.1 -
It'll only save you money if you're stupid.

No such thing as a bath plug- a bath is the large vessel you lie down in and the plug is
the small round stopper which prevents the water from draining away.
