Do you have savings round up enabled on Chase? Check that account too.
Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.1 -
There are three transactions showing for Poundland.
Was one of the others for £7.50? It may have been delayed in processing.1 -
Well that shows he or she clearly goes there regularly, so could have had it sorted by now by, erm, going in again.MorningcoffeeIV said:There are three transactions showing for Poundland.

This seems more likely than an error in processing.MorningcoffeeIV said:There are three transactions showing for Poundland.

I was in £land this morning, and when I asked the woman on the till she said that the ‘suggested donation’ that comes up before you enter your pin is £1.50."One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate change policy is environmental policy. Instead, climate change policy is about how we redistribute de facto the world's wealth." - Ottmar Edenhofer, IPCC economist, interviewed at COP164

That's interesting ... we now need a guinea pig ... do they sell those in Poundland?@YoungBlueEyes said:I was in £land this morning, and when I asked the woman on the till she said that the ‘suggested donation’ that comes up before you enter your pin is £1.50.
.
(I couldn't see it being an earlier transaction as presumably the Chase app is showing the transaction time.)1 -
Should go on the till receipt really if that is what they are doing.YoungBlueEyes said:I was in £land this morning, and when I asked the woman on the till she said that the ‘suggested donation’ that comes up before you enter your pin is £1.50.2 -
Donation towards which cause exactly? I think this is a sneaky tactic by retailers that should be outlawed. When you complete a transaction you want to pay and get the hell out, so this kind of opportunistic request is likely to get a push on the green button before it is read properly.YoungBlueEyes said:I was in £land this morning, and when I asked the woman on the till she said that the ‘suggested donation’ that comes up before you enter your pin is £1.50.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
