CAN MARTIN LEWIS TEAM INVESTIGATE STUDIO CATALOGUE PLEASE

Hi have been a customer for many years.all of a sudden my orders are cancelled next day or only get 1 item out of 5 ordered.ordered three dressings gowns as Xmas presents one immediately cancelled next day then nothing since 16 th November.looked up bad reviews and my god there are literally hundreds., taking orders not delivering but charging you.you cannot speak to an adivisor they have took all payment history off the account absolutely no tracking since middle of October .so I went into my account on one of those ridiculous chats and they apologised saying my order is still in the warehouse and they will update me when they send it out.the next day had a text saying my statement is on line and to pay balance or interest will occur and they don’t want me not to or it can affect my credit history.i will pay when I get my goods which quite honestly doesn’t look like happening as I also discovered they are making them redundant in that place and relocating a hundred miles away so I think the staff ,and I don’t blame them are not doing anything at all.some people have spent hundreds and being told it’s being processed which obviously isn’t true.my order is £23 so guess il have to pay if they hvnt arrived by 24 th dec.so if anyone on here who works for the team please can you name and shame them and investigate.it is absolutely widespread and totally unacceptable.many thanks😀🤞

We have also noticed that their customer service has deteriorated considerably this year. We order every year but have decided not to proceed with anything this year. They need to improve considerably, we've gone elsewhere.0

Martin Lewis is not going to investigate.
Have you tried cancelling the order? It seems like that might be the best option.
Also, have you tried posting on Trustpilot? There's someone from customer services responding to complaints on there.0 -
That’s where I saw most of the bad reviews that got me worried.Thankyou I will try that .you can’t cancel as tried.only no they give for customer services turns out to be for financial problems and recording just says if it’s about orders they don’t deal with it go to customer services 🤯so you get nowhere.online they just cut off the online conversation after saying it is coming but I’m not holding my breath.🙂going to put my Xmas tree up now and chill out lol 🎄🎄😀0

Just been on trustpilot but all reviews are answered basically with almost word for word sorry ur having issues get in touch with us 🤣🤣🙈so I’ve sent an email on their site requesting if they know for a fact they will not be sending my order cancel it and put my balance to zero.but they don’t seem to be answering peoples emails either so probably get nowhere on that route either but at least I’ve tried. I’m certainly not being forced to pay for something I haven’t received .right done the tree now it’s decorations and and a caramel coffee to cheer me up lol.0

They are not going bust but are closing the customer service in Clayton-le-moors which is shame as it is in my Borough,the massive dispatch warehouse Church ,Accrington is staying but even that may change,would be a massive loss to the town if it it did.Mike Ashley probably has many options on that front .

I ordered some trainers from studio back in September and returned them on 6th October. I have been waiting 50+ days for them to be refunded to my credit account.
I've contacted them numerous times via social media and email, given them the tracking number for the return and just get fobbed off with excuses.
I had to make payments that I haven't budgeted for to stop charges on my account. Eventually I complained to the ombudsman, I know they take even longer but at least I have them involved.
I also asked to raise a complaint but they said I couldn't as they don't have a complaints process.
I never used them very much anyway and definitely won't be using them again if this ever gets resolved.0
