Double check your court website, especially regarding the email of documents and limits etc, it concerns me that you didn't realise, because I certainly would be checking my local court website if I were involved in a case
Paper can still be used for many things, but we have been using websites and emails and attachments for decades, so paper and post is used less these days, even when making doctors appointments or repeat prescriptions. ( Almost all businesses use websites and emails these days, so the Post office is now much less profitable )1 -
There is no email for the County Court its been allocated too.
Would I still be fine to email my WS to the CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk email?
or do I need specific email for the County Court its listed at?
Obviously I'll CC'd all emails I have for DCB "legal"
Also cannot see any restrictions re: sizing PDF is 26.6Mb file0 -
Yes there is. Google Court finder.Calvinius said:There is no email for the County Court its been allocated too.
No. The CNBC have no interest in a case once it is transferred to a hearing court.Calvinius said:Would I still be fine to email my WS to the CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk email?

So just cooling my jets now, have the WS ready to go and all the emails.
I'll wait untill 10th to see if they pay the claimant court fee. If they don't it gets struck out. At this stage and after all the time and effort, I want them penalised for the barefaced cheek of it all, so much time and effort.
Thanks everyone for all your help and advice, I'd never have gotten this far without you all.

Update.
So I contacted the court this morning. They have no record of the Claimant paying the fee by the 9th August deadline. I'm penning letter to the court now nudging them to strike out this claim as they have exceeded the deadline. I'll report back!1 -

Soon as I get that I'll do so, and update and tidy this thread. Fingers crossed it falls today. Can I pursue them for costs and wasted time, or is that just more time, energy and torture?!Coupon-mad said:If you can get a Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal please redact and show it, so @Umkomaas can add you to the 'hall of fame' that is the disco thread!1 -
