    Hi guys
    Today is going to be a NSD making my total 3 so far.
    On the up side my freezer is full, the presents all bought so only my big Xmas shop ( mainly wine, mince pies etc) to arrive on the 19th. So it will just be bits and bobs now so not much but just enough to spoil a NSD.
    But never mind it is December

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 26 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 12th April.
