Cynergy Bank - IT Issues. Cant access their website. Is it just me?

I gave up and opened an account with a different bank who were offering the same interest rate for the same product type.  No issues at all. 

You might have better luck today. When I opened an account for my mum, I had a similar problem. I didn't have time that day to call them but when returning to my mum later in the week, it all worked fine. Not very professional I know, but I suspect with some systems, it takes a bit of time for the right hand to know what the left hand is doing.
