How do people do this? Put 1p in a jar, or transfer 1p to a savings pot with Monzo etc.?

Good morning and Happy New Year! As I am aiming to complete this by October I have rolled a dice this morning to get 4 months at random. So I have put away the amounts for January, February, March and August. This takes me to £112.85 saved.
#11 £112.85/£671.61

Personally I transfer to my savings account weekly.

Happy New Year everyone! That’s the first transfer done - £3.66 for me as I’m doing it backwards. Is there a grid somewhere for weekly savings (like the monthly one) already done?#17 1p Challenge £125.65/671

I'm going to do the monthly version, but I've split this month's amount (£112.16, I'm following the reverse order one) into two. So I've just moved £56.08 into my savings, and I'll move the rest in a fortnight's time0
