    1). Mortgage (started Jan 2024) £107,542.12 / £122,400.00 Overpayment total: £904.60 (Inc Sprive yr 1 o/p £19.16 & £55.34 reg monthly overpayment) Equity 27%

    2). #7 Save 1p a day challenge 2025 £150/£780

    3). £2109.85/£3000 in Investment ISA (34/50 investments)

    4). Increase cash savings & saving pots

    5). Keep debt to a minimum.

    Morning all! I can't believe it's May! Where is the year going?

    #2 here. In April I saved £27.70. It was a tight month for me, hoping to make some more saves this month, but also having car trouble so...we'll see!

    Crossed off numbers 43,45,46,47,48,49,117,350,351,352,353.  Another £18 added making me now on £95.49.
    I really must make myself more accountable now. I've been trying to limit the amount of time I spend online, but that doesn't help with these challenges....must try harder.

    Welcome to May everyone and the numbers are looking good.  I have just updated the spreadsheet so the running totals hopefully should be ok although I note there are a few discrepancies so I wonder if some are earning interest and not declaring it? 

    The 365 Day 1p Challenge 2024 - Google Sheets

    I am updating for May as #1 a total of £49.80 and numbers now ticked off up to 219. Running total so far is £240.90. 

    For those who are doing the challenge month by month starting with January the monthly amount for May is £42.16. Have a great Bank Holiday weekend everyone.
