Problems with MSE Connection

Can anyone tell me why I keep having problems connecting to MSE. Some days its fine, other days like today the only way I can do it is by disconnecting my Belkin router and plugging it back in, it then works ok. I have to repeat this in order to view pages every so often or I get the 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' message. I am using Internet Explorer.

Sounds like a DNS problem. When you have the problem again try this:
