Wait until you receive a blank N180 from the CNBC (then you could download one from t'internet to fill in on-line) and send by e-mail to the same address that you used for your defence (assuming this is a standard defence and not a set-aside) and correct, send to claimants in the same e-mail and copy yourself.1

What does your MCOL history say? I think the time has come for you to download a copy, as the Template Defence 'first 12 steps' says.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I assume you are top of your mail and there is no way you have missed anything.Ideally you would be able to login again to MCOL (although understand you had a problem there) as you can track the history while its at CNBC (i.e. it will tell you if and when the court send the N180). If that's not possible and you have any doubts you could always email CNBC to check, although they wont respond very quickly.
