Nothing on any paperwork
There's this civil.romford.countycourt@justice.gov.uk which I have emailed before for a copy of the claim hearing notice which they gave quite promptly.0 -
As a Litigant in Person you are expected to liaise with the civil court that you nominated, so if in doubt, go to the courtfinder website, if necessary you should ring them up and ask
Your WS should be under 50 pages, emailed to the court and to the lawyers acting on behalf of the claimant2 -

Change 'the POCs' to the POC throughout.
Once it is in, please read this message and join us to do the Public Consultation once we've discussed it in August. It's vital the Government hears from Defendants threatened by court:

Please bookmark the main thread linked in that link. Come back in August to take part, after your hearing if it is soon (you'll have more to say afterwards!).
We need to drown out the bent 'alternative facts' from the rogue parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.

Had the hearing and thankfully it was dismissed but not without a battle.
The other party didn't show up.
I started with the witness statement not being a first hand account and the judge dismissed it, she said it's perfectly fine to be from a paralegal.
She told me I need to focus on the claim and the facts of the matter and I need to convince her to dismiss it.
I discussed the signage and equality act - she was sympathetic about my situation but said blue badge holders should know to use a blue badge even if the signage is unclear, paraphrasing: "what do you think when you park in a disabled bay, you would look for signage or put up the badge".
She said she was going to allow the claim but then I asked to make one more point and mentioned the particulars of claim and said it was not explicit and the two recent hearings were dismissed on this basis. She said this is a valid point and something she can look at - she had a read and was satisfied with the argument so said she will be dismissing the claim.
Thank you so much everyone for the help, was a very close one. I will get involved in the public consultation.
