Vodafone Broadband - Claiming voucher

I signed up with Vodafone in June 2023 for their Full Fibre 500 deal, with a "reward" to be claimed a few months after connection.
My connection was late June 2023 so by my reckoning I should have received a "Claim Reward" email last month - so far I have received nothing.
My question is: From whom does the rewards email come - Vodafone (I would have thought) or is it from MSE, given that the deal was through this website?
