i have used the mse site for a number of years and always watch martin Lewis on TV i find the information he supplies valuable. in march of this year i decided to change my broadband supplier to vodaphone with the offer i could save nearly £4 on my current deal this was through a voucher, on the mse website it just says view deal , i would receive a voucher for £95.00 120 days after activation of my broadband service.
i did not know until august of this after contacting vodaphone that it was a third party that would honor the voucher for £95.00 this is a company called giftcloud
i have contacted them on numerous occasions , i don't know if they are based in this country or not, or if i am speaking to a person or artificial intelligence that generates a response . i keep explaining my situation its quite simple on the 26th of march i clicked on the view deal from the mse website i had a choice of using the voucher in 3 different places , i picked amazon , i then completed the form on the vodaphone website and signed up for a 24month deal , i used my home e-mail to contact vodaphone . giftcloud just keep asking me to supply the e-mail address i used and what offer i am looking for even though i have supplied this 3 times.
it is quite obvious that that this voucher will not be received at this time every penny counts and i rely on the information supplied to be accurate

My mum redeemed an offer with Vodafone, received the voucher but it's invalid. Amazon are saying they have no record of the voucher, Giftcloud are saying they sent it and that's where their responsibility ends and Vodafone won't have anything to do with it!0
