If the letter is late because it was a hire company, where do you stand. I now have Gladstones LBC for a claimed offence. Included was a letter from EMPIRA?
The thing is I had paid for parking but parked the wrong bay. I did offer to pay the original fine but not the surcharge for lateness as I didn't receive anything within the deadline0 -
