How wonderful to have had a lovely sunset to welcome you home! I'm glad all went relatively smoothly at least - there are always hitches but thank goodness nothing drastic. A bit poor that the removal team underestimated the vehicle sizes needed mind you - that probably needs feeding back allowing that you've been decluttering further since they did the survey as well haven't you!
As already said - take a breath now and live with the house for at least a while before making any drastic changes. As for the kitchen, I'm still struggling to find things even now and we've been in 5 months tomorrow!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Lovely to read you are in your new home and were treated to a beautiful sunset - seems kind of symbolic 😊
Try not to overdo things now, there is no great rush to get everything sorted. It's time to take a deep breath and congratulate yourself on what you have achieved. There will be plenty of time to make your new home just as you want it.🏠

Great news to hear you are in your new please
some hurdles but you got there. Please please do not make too many decisions too quickly especially around electrics and lighting. You will find that things needs to be done in order and sometimes you will not realise what you really need until a few months later. I know it is irritating with no lights in certain places but get some cheap rechargeable ones as a stop gap there are some quite bright ones now. It is also good to have outside lights again cheaper to have it all done at the same time.
Hope the cleaner sorts your kitchen out it does not have to perfect just functioning.

So pleased you are in and hope you can take some time to group and settle.
Agree on taking time to get the flow of the house before changing things but then we are just moving light switches in the kitchen which we've known for nine years are in the wrong place so maybe don't listen to me 🤣4 -
You're in, that's the main thing.
Don't rush to make changes, live in your home how it is, get a feel for how everything flows and next year consider alterations.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
