I ended up working 5 hours today as I needed someone's input and they weren't available so ended up sending them a complicated email. I'll knock the extra off another day (hopefully).
None of my meds need to go in the fridge. I have already put them in a see through boxes. One with left over controlled meds is safely hidden upstairs now. I also have a whole drawer with other meds / health related items. Unfortunately I've gone beyond the point where my meds will easily fit in a typical sized meds cabinet. I lost some of my ADHD meds as I took them out to put them somewhere safe when an unfamiliar person came to the house and now can't find them. Hopefully they'll turn up soon - although I still haven't found my driving licence which went missing around the time I escaped hospital.
I picked up my latest meds which was my personal most critical task of the day. I also got the chemist to print a list of meds they've issued so I could put it with my review submission. I have a see through dosette box that I top up weekly. At the height of my illness I had a daily box as it wouldn't otherwise fit them all in. I was 2 hours late taking those meds today - so I need to restart using an app to manage that and reference it on my review.
I'm sure getting a trial gym pass will be doable - just need to arrange.
I took the stuff back to D and got a refund but spent more in HB. Although DD is going to give me £20 of that spend as my birthday pressie. I bought a bird bath for DS to perhaps give me for £15 but may return it as I think it will be too lightweight for how much wind whizzes through the garden. I also got a garden storage box for £40 and some metal pot hangers and bird feeders and food etc... I'm considering getting a mini waterfall for my garden and may ask my parents to get me that for my birthday or contribute towards one depending on cost. I had one at my last house and enjoyed seeing the birds fly in and out of it.
I've got a return label for 2 pairs of trainers - but the third wasn't recognised by the system so I have emailed them. I'm planning to return 3 of the 5 pairs I bought and will hope that the other pair I liked comes down in price. That will return around £280 back to my account.
I have also emailed another company that I think overcharged me.
The local art course still haven't responded to my queries from last week. So frustrating. That's despite me getting a live chat person to chase it for me.
I had nearly £4 net from Sdr in cashback. This should be interest from my savings accounts week so looking forward to seeing what that is.
Just had an SW tikka m with normal oven chips and it was tasty.
I need to ideally review pet insurance - although the renewal didn't seem too horrific. I need to check what date it is due...
Hope you are all having a good evening.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Skint.
I chased up the roofer at the weekend. He's been this morning and fixed the roof where the two back corner verges had come undone.
I bought a mini egg chair for the birds yesterday but they don't seem to have found the meal 🪱 yet.
Also hung a couple of filled coconut shells.
I now have pink marble variegated red robin where bamboo used to be. There's a climbing ceonothus in the top border too.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

MF I now have 2 apple trees but there are fruit trees in the garden above anyway so I doubt it would be an issue.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I used to store Dad's medications in the kitchen cabinets as that was where we did the medical stuff. I think if I was to do it again I would get a separate cabinet. Probably something like the ikea/dunelm lockers which would be big enough.
Looking at your list, I think panic is perhaps making it harder to make a decision. Especially as these are potentially big and messy projects. I do see why you would want to do those things, perhaps if you post a picture or two we could offer suggestions for temporary solutions until you can re-centre and define your priorities?3 -
Thanks Lucielle and WD
In other news I've had £93 in interest across two accounts so it appears that delayed decision making is paying off - as long as inflation doesn't erode the benefit.
Just had jacket spud, full fat cheese and beans and salad for lunch. Hoping that doesn't give negative effects. I've been craving it though.

I keep my meds in a biggish plastic container in my bedroom & have the ones I take in the morning in a wee bag that sits on the handle of my bedside cabinet. I have pencil cases or make up bags in different places throughout the house.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
