Hey all
I Just wanted to come on and share my news!
My mortgage completed today at about half 2 and I am ecstatic!
Lots of people wont share this joy and I have a very limited social circle and as I'm in work currently, some seem a bit reserved over the matter, but I'm over the moon!
I am so glad to put this period of waiting and stress behind me! Never thought I would own my own house and I have finally done it!
Thanks to you all for all your advice, guidance and support over the last 3 months, more so to my solicitors who I have nagged the day lights out of
Good luck to you all in your purchases
kind regards
Me! xx

Congratulations.
Now the hard work REALLY starts.
Firstly decide where are you going to hang the Xmas decs.
Then when to have the housewarming?
Seriously though make sure you get your postal redirection in place and the day you move note any meter readings. Also arrange insurance.
Oh and get a bottle of your favourite tipple to toast your hard work.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)1 -
