Octopus Home Mini - IHD, which would be more accurate?

Surely that is the 5 minute and 30 minute refresh.

Tap where it says 30 mins, then you have the option of choosing 5 minutes.

Hahaha I never realised you could do that on the 'Live' tab - thank you!

That helps explain my earlier comment that my IHD seems to refresh every 6s approximately, but the OHM appeared to be refreshed a lot slower in comparison.

It also looks like when the Octopus app is closed and then reopened, the 'Live' usage tab defaults back to the 'Last 30 minutes' setting.

So in the past after a couple of views and with the majority of times showing minimal usage (sub 8 to 10w) due to battery storage powering the house or exporting unused solar generation, it's a feature I'd completely forgotten about - until reading over this thread.

So are you suggesting then, that if I leave the app on the 5 minute page, the refresh rate will increase and I'll get smaller increments? I will definitely test this.

However, even on the 30 minute page, it looks like it is only refreshing every 10 minutes or so (11 to be precise).

Edit to add because of fat fingers: I feel like there is a setting somewhere that I am missing.

That's very weird.  Unless your house really is drawing a totally constant amount of power for that long.
