I have always bought my phones at CEX because they have a two year warranty, and I used that once on the last month of the two years(the phone was overheating) and they gave me a full exchange for what I bought the phone for. I think that's good these days!

What's the guarantee?  I've never bought refurbished but would consider it if it has a decent guarantee.
