Best place to buy Galaxy A54

Can anyone suggest the best deal for buying a Samsung Galaxy A54? I don't want a contract, just to buy the phone without a sim.

I'm not keen on Amazon as they have a reputation for sending other items (such as cereal and cat food) instead of technological items, and I don't want the hassle of this.

Otherwise go in-store to buy one from the reputable retailers:  John Lewis, et al.

Amazon may well be a cheaper purchase price, though.

I bought the A54 earlier this year but if this deal had been around then I'd have taken it. The difference in spec between A34/A54 is significant but not 250 quid's worth.

I bought the Galaxy Z Flip5 contract-free three months ago for £1,149 * - it's available now with 400GB of data on a 24 month contract for a total price of £850 at Vodafone.

* I got the fear about the intended recipient's reaction to this gift and returned it.

And what would you say are the main differences between the A54 and A34? I understand that you can't plug earphones into the A54, but I'm not sure about other differences.

I'd like to make a decision and actually buy another phone as I'm still using my S8+, but the software has become rather sluggish as it's 5 years old now.

A54 is £500 at Argos with 256GB
£450 with 128GB

A34 is £250 with 256GB

Giffgaff have the A54 5G refurbished Like New for £279 + £10 for a sim card.

They are a very good company to deal with and I've had refurbished from them in the past. The phone I received was in immaculate condition.

What's the guarantee?  I've never bought refurbished but would consider it if it has a decent guarantee.
