Advice on non-retail carpark please?

Hmmm...
https://portal.parkingeye.co.uk/
You are out of time to appeal the Parking Charge and will be unable to access our appeals process. If there are exceptional circumstances that can be evidenced, you may be eligible to submit a late appeal. Please click here for more information
... I've "clicked here" and it gives me a drop-down box to choose the reason I still wish to appeal (I haven't been living at my usual residence, this was a rental so took longer to receive details, I've been in hospital or Other... I chose Other.). I've filled in all the details, naming myself as the registered keeper and pasted the above complaint letter in and attached my photos of the car park and signs, but then reading further down the page it looks like this is only so I can actually access the appeals section of their website, not to actually submit the appeal details...Please provide evidence to support the reason you are submitting a request to access the appeals process. You will receive a response within 7 working days confirming our decision. If the evidence is deemed sufficient, you will be permitted access to use the online appeals process.
If the evidence is not accepted, please note that you will be unable to appeal the charge. Any decision made is final and further submissions made using this form will not be considered.
Please do not submit your appeal or supply any evidence relating to an appeal as this will not be considered.
Please note, we will not be able to accept a late appeal outside of the reasons listed, unless there are exceptional circumstances that can be evidenced.
How would anyone advise to proceed please? Submit this "as is" or change it?

I thought you were emailing ParkingEye with your complaint not appealing through their portal1

Sorry, I thought I still had to use the details on the back of the PCN in order to contact them.
I've now sent the complaint email to:
info@parkingeye.co.uk
&
enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk
I found these 2 email addresses on this forum as there wasn't anythig on the "contact" page of the ParkingEye website.
Thanks to everyone who helped me so far, I'll keep this thread updated if/when there's any response.
Fingers crossed! Hoping for some Christmas magic!

Fingers crossed! Hoping for some Christmas magic! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I've now submitted my complaint, but even this says:
Please note that appeals will not be dealt with via this process. All appeals should be submitted via https://portal.parkingeye.co.uk/.
Lets see what they reply with from this one...0 -
