Life’s too short for this - I’m going elsewhere.
I’m fairly sure I only have a £1, but I feel for anyone with a larger balance they want to access.0 -
Make sure if on a mobile that you're using mobile mode view, not desktop mode, in your browser (at least on iOS). Then the colour JAB Code works. But I use the newer notification system now anyway, which works most of the time.Once you're logged in, everything inside the website works okay to transfer funds; it's just the login that's a pain in the backside.0

Still a nightmare to set and log on... opened an account this morning, then spent an hour and a half attempting to activate the online banking, before having to give up for now. They may be in best rate tables, but who wants to transfer money into an account that is so difficult to access. Crazy.

I gave up the other when I opened a account and just let it auto close
Even spent 30 mins on phone and still couldn’t access the account online0 -
It sounds awful. Surely some people must be able to log in easily - any success stories?0

Both my wife and I have been logging on to Cynergy without any problems for the last 18 months. We log in via a pc and authenticate via smartphones. Yes it is very clunky - but have never ever had a problem2

I can't understand how people have struggled with it to be honest. The new method with the push notifications is childs play. Receive a notification on your phone, click accept, and enter your PIN. Your brower then automatically logs you in.1

I log in via desktop and that authenticator device. Never had a problem in about 18 months. Monies usually moved within hours. Website is a bit basic and does not flow, but end of the day I log in, move money, log out - hardly spend more than 5 mins in there.0
