I have been offered it in the North West, have opted in, but not hopeful I will actually save much, this is usually when I make my tea, but due to the high prices on Agile at that time today I can put off until 8pm.

Am in the North-East and have opted in but I will make no change to my schedule.
Used to be able to make a small amount, by say, deferring cooking dinner on these sessions but it just isnt worthwhile anymore. 11p per kWh, they can stick it up their turbine.3 -
I opted in (Yorkshire) with a plan of exporting a few kWh but then I forgot all about it. We used nothing as usual so probably will gain nothing.
